Timetric Electric's GW4 AC high-voltage isolating switch is designed for power systems with a rated voltage ranging from 35kV to 252kV. Its primary functions include no-load switching of high-voltage lines and electrical isolation of equipment such as high-voltage busbars and circuit breakers during inspection from live high-voltage lines.

Key Specifications:

1.Altitude: Suitable for installation up to 1000m above sea level, with a special type designed for altitudes up to 4000m.
2.Ambient Temperature: Operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -35°C to +40°C, and down to -40°C in alpine regions.
3.Outdoor Wind Speed: Withstands wind speeds up to 34m/s.
4.Pollution Resistance: The pollution-resistant type is suitable for moderately polluted areas.
5.Ice Coating: The switch can handle ice coatings with a thickness not exceeding 10mm.
6.Seismic Intensity: Capable of withstanding seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees.
7.Installation Requirements: Should be installed in places free from gas, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt, and other substances that may impact insulation and conductivity. Severe vibrations should also be avoided.

1.Improved Structure: The bearing turntable design enhances the switch's waterproof function, and additional features like oil injection holes and adjusting screws improve maintenance convenience.
2.Brazing Process: Conductive rod and contact joints are brazed, and soft connections are used between contact fingers, reducing main circuit resistance and minimizing heating issues during operation. Grounding components enhance the grounding circuit's reliability.

6.Installation Flexibility: The grounding knife switch allows interchangeability left and right on-site, using a unipolar linkage mode, simplifying installation during construction.
