Shipping Policy

At Timetricele, we provide professional international shipping services for medium- and high-voltage electrical equipment, including circuit breakers, load switches, earthing switches, transformers, insulators, and switchgear components.

1. International Shipping

We ship our products to customers worldwide, including distributors, EPC contractors, electrical equipment suppliers, and power projects.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Sea Freight
  • Air Freight
  • Express Delivery for Small Parts
  • Multimodal Transportation

The most suitable shipping method will be recommended according to the product type, order quantity, package size, delivery time, and destination.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product specifications, quantity, package dimensions, gross weight, destination, and selected transportation method.

For customized or large electrical equipment, shipping costs will normally be calculated separately and confirmed before order placement.

For an accurate freight quotation, customers are welcome to provide the destination port, delivery address, product model, and required quantity.

3. Packaging

All products are carefully inspected and professionally packed before shipment.

Depending on the product, packaging may include:

  1. Export-standard wooden cases
  2. Plywood cases
  3. Protective film
  4. Moisture-resistant materials
  5. Shock-resistant protection

Special packaging requirements can be discussed before shipment.

4. Delivery Time

Production and delivery time depend on the product model, order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedule.

For standard products, the estimated lead time will be confirmed when the quotation is issued. Customized products may require additional engineering and production time.

The final delivery schedule will be confirmed with the customer before production.

5. Incoterms

We can support international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, CPT, and DAP, subject to the specific project and shipping arrangement.

The applicable Incoterm, named place, shipping cost, insurance responsibility, and customs responsibilities will be clearly stated in the quotation or sales contract.

Incoterms define the respective responsibilities, costs, and risks of the buyer and seller in international trade.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, customs taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges, and other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Import requirements and applicable taxes may vary by country. Customers are responsible for confirming local import regulations and obtaining any required import licenses or approvals.

7. Shipping Documents

We can provide standard export and shipping documents according to the order and agreed trade terms.

Depending on the project, documents may include:

  1. Commercial Invoice
  2. Packing List
  3. Bill of Lading
  4. Certificate of Origin
  5. Product Test Reports
  6. Quality Inspection Documents
  7. Other agreed technical documents

Additional documentation requirements should be confirmed before shipment.

8. Customized Products

For customized transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, insulators, and other electrical equipment, shipping arrangements will be confirmed after the technical specifications and production requirements are finalized.

Customers should confirm the destination, required delivery date, and applicable shipping terms before production begins.

9. Shipment Tracking

For applicable shipments, we will provide available shipping or logistics information after dispatch.

For sea freight, tracking information may include the vessel, booking number, bill of lading number, or estimated arrival information.

10. Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather, transportation conditions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will communicate with the customer and the logistics provider when a significant delay occurs.

11. Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect the external condition of the shipment upon arrival.

If visible damage is found, customers should record photographs or videos and contact us and the carrier as soon as possible.
