The JZ-58 Core Vacuum Circuit Breaker Connector features a configuration comprising pin and socket components in a total of 58 pairs. The selection of the desired number of contact pairs is customizable to suit specific requirements.

For the connection process, begin by unlocking the plug seat and separating the plug from the socket. After removing their respective covers, proceed to insert the wires into the designated pin holes or socket openings. These wires can be securely fastened using specialized clamps. Once the pins or jacks are inserted into the corresponding plug or socket base, you will hear an audible snapping sound, indicating successful installation. Subsequently, guide the wiring harness out through the lead port, and employ a designated plastic soft tube (M36×8) lined with a metal spring for added protection. Secure this assembly onto the plug or socket base using the cover plate. At the other end of the wire harness, affix the specialized turning head securely onto the equipment.

Inside the plug and socket bases, the pins and jacks are firmly held in place using double-sided clips. This ensures their stability during usage.

In situations where replacement of pins and sockets becomes necessary due to incorrect installation, the provided special removal tool (fork) can be utilized. This tool enables flexible and damage-free removal of pins and sockets. The removal process involves inserting the fork's pull-out pieces into the larger end of the pin to be replaced, as well as into the butterfly hole of the socket base. Gently pulling out the fork will lead to the pin or socket detaching. If this process encounters resistance, it's possible to push back from the pin's head or use a thin rod to assist in pushing the socket back.

When placing an order, it's important to specify the wire size requirements. The standard configuration supports 1.5 square wires, but if you require compatibility with 1 square, 2.5 square, or 4 square pins, please specify your preferences during the ordering process.
