One: Installation steps

1. Remove the M5 nut, spring washer and flat washer of the panel mounting screw in sequence;
2. Put the bolt side of the lock body into the opening from the outside of the cabinet door first, then turn the lock body so that the mounting screw on the panel fits into the 60mm hole opened on the cabinet door, and make the lock panel and the cabinet door panel flat ;
3. Install the flat washer, spring washer and M5 nut onto the M5 screw on the lock panel in sequence from the inside of the cabinet door, and finally tighten the M5 nut.
Two: Instructions for use
(1) Normal operation steps
a. Press the button, the power is turned on, the electromagnet coil is electrically operated, the moving iron core is separated from the lock bolt stopper, and the unlock indicator light is on, indicating that the lock is allowed to be unlocked.
b. Turn the handle in the direction of unlocking (clockwise when left open, counterclockwise when right open), when it is turned to the limit position and continue to exert force, the lock bolt will automatically return to the locked position, and the cabinet door can be opened. If it is not in the unlocked position, the lock bolt will automatically return to the locked position, which meets the automatic reset function. If the lock bolt is in the locked position, the handle needs to be manually turned in the unlocking direction, that is, the lock bolt returns to the locked position, so as to meet the locking requirements. state.
Note: A and B locks have the same appearance and installation dimensions
(2) Operation method: A. Dial button B. Pull the handle
(3) Manual unlocking steps:
a. Press the button, the power supply is forcibly cut off by the locking circuit, the unlocking light is off, and the moving iron core is stuck to the lock bolt stopper, it will indicate that unlocking is not allowed;
b. When the lock must be unlocked under special circumstances, take the unlocking key, insert it into the unlocking hole, turn the key 90° according to the label on the panel to "-", that is, "stop position", and push the moving iron core away from the lock stopper;
c. (Same as normal step b) to meet the "manual unlock" function.
Note: The unlocking process of the unlocking key is to push the moving iron core away from the lock bolt stopper to release the locked state. To unlock the lock, you must use the dial or handle to move the lock bolt to achieve the purpose of unlocking, so the unlocking key cannot be used directly. unlock.
