VS1 Vacuum Disposter Electrical Holding is not synchronized with mechanical atresia?

2023-07-07

There are many locks of VS1 vacuum circuit breakers? Now let's talk about the electrical atresia. What happens if it is not synchronized with the mechanical atresia? What are the consequences?
VS1 Vacuum Termer Electrical Clear Lock (with closed -locking coil) and mechanical atresia (atresia formed by the chassis vehicle and the vacuum circuit breaker mechanism). Prevent the circuit breaker from being in a gates in the load area. Electrical atresia is implemented in the synthetic loop by S8 (test location limit switch) or S9 (working location limit switch). In normal circumstances, when the hand car shakes to the test (work) position, the electrical and mechanical atresia moves at the same time. If it is not synchronized, it will cause the hand car to be shaken (out), and the S9 (S8) contact will be connected. However, the mechanical atresia has not yet been opened, resulting in the long -term power and even power burning of the closing coil.

So how can you deal with such a problem? After replacing the burned coil coil, we adjust the S8 (S9) position switch so that it is synchronized with the mechanical lock. The inspection method is to hear a "click" sound while the working location is on during the hand -shaking process. If the mechanical atresia is not opened, it should be checked and adjusted when it is not turned on. In order to work more smoothly in the future, you must check carefully.
